A neighbor who knows this land

Cross Timbers Land & Water Solutions is a small practice owned by a retired Texas Professional Engineer with a background in water resources and water-quality permitting and deep roots in Central Texas. The focus is helping landowners in the Cross Timbers qualify for and maintain the 1-d-1 open-space agricultural tax valuation through practical, site-specific wildlife management.

The practice stays intentionally small so every client receives direct attention. My own 30-acre property in Hamilton County was the first plan and annual report I prepared — both were accepted by the appraisal district.
